What This Platform Does

Filing a Takedown Notice

What Happens Next

Upon receiving a valid takedown notice, MedVyra will:

1. Acknowledge receipt within 5 business days
2. Remove or disable access to the identified content promptly
3. Notify the affected parties if applicable

Counter-Notice

If you believe that content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with:

• Your name, address, and electronic signature
• Identification of the removed content and its location before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake
• Consent to jurisdiction in your local federal district court

Good Faith

MedVyra processes all takedown requests in good faith and in accordance with applicable laws. We reserve the right to reject abusive, fraudulent, or procedurally deficient notices.
