MedVyra grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the content for personal, non-commercial educational use only. You may not:

• Remove any copyright or attribution notices
• Attempt to bypass any access control or payment mechanisms
• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-harvest any data from the Platform

User Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. You are solely responsible for your use of the Platform and any consequences thereof.

Intellectual Property

The MedVyra name, logo, site design, and curated annotations are original works and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. The embedded YouTube videos remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely for educational reference under fair dealing/fair use principles.

Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites (including YouTube). MedVyra has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

Modification

MedVyra reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Platform (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. These Terms may be updated at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

MedVyra may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.
