Terms of Use
Last updated: September 2026
These terms describe the simple agreement between you and MedVyra, a free educational website. They are here to keep the project useful and available to students. We have kept them readable on purpose.
What MedVyra is
MedVyra is a free, non-commercial, student-run study aid. It gathers medical examination questions, explanations, topic lists and embedded educational videos into a single place so that students preparing for examinations such as NEET-PG, INI-CET and FMGE can revise more efficiently. It is a study tool. It is not a hospital, a clinic, a medical service, or a source of personal medical advice.
Acceptance
By using MedVyra you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please simply do not use the site. We would rather you study somewhere you are comfortable.
Free use and no warranties
MedVyra is provided free of charge, on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Studying is your responsibility, and the site may occasionally be unavailable, updated, or changed without notice.
Educational purpose only — not medical advice
Every question, option, explanation, summary and video on MedVyra is provided purely for education and examination preparation. Nothing here is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment guidance, and nothing here creates a doctor–patient relationship. Do not use MedVyra to make decisions about the care of any real patient or about your own health. Always rely on your curriculum, your teachers, current textbooks and clinical guidelines, and qualified supervision.
Accuracy and verification
Medical knowledge changes, and study material can contain errors. Exam keys and explanations occasionally differ between sources. MedVyra is a study companion, not an authority. Always cross-check anything important against your syllabus and standard references, and treat the material as something to understand, not something to memorise blindly.
Content we do not own
MedVyra does not claim ownership of the questions, options, explanations, images, or videos that originate from elsewhere. Titles, question sets and other educational material referenced or collected here belong to their respective authors, educators, institutions and publishers, and remain their property. MedVyra's own contribution is the compilation, the arrangement, the searchable structure, and the convenience of having scattered public study material in one place. Where the site's own design, code, and organisation are concerned, that too is shared freely for educational use.
How the material is used
MedVyra is a non-commercial, educational, not-for-sale resource. It does not charge students to access the material, and it is not used to generate revenue from other people's work. Material is included to help students learn. If you are a rights-holder and you would prefer something not to appear here, we will remove it promptly and respectfully — see our Content Removal page.
Acceptable use
You are welcome to study from MedVyra, take notes, and use it as much as you like for your own learning. We ask that you do not:
- copy, republish, upload, or commercially redistribute the material;
- resell access, bundle the material into a paid product, or use it to drive advertising revenue;
- mass-download, scrape, or systematically harvest the site;
- attempt to break, overload, or disrupt the site or its security;
- impersonate the site or its maintainer; or
- use the material in any way that harms the original authors or students.
Personal, non-commercial note-taking and study are exactly what the site is for.
Accounts and responsible use
Where the site offers optional accounts, you are responsible for your own login and for keeping your password safe. Do not share accounts, and do not use the site to store sensitive personal or medical information — it is a study tool and should be treated as such.
Availability and changes
MedVyra is maintained by an individual as a free project. Sections may be added, changed, temporarily switched off, or removed at any time to improve or safeguard the site. We do not guarantee that any particular feature will always be available.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MedVyra and its maintainer are not liable for any loss or damage — including lost study time, exam outcomes, or indirect or consequential loss — arising from the use of, or inability to use, this free educational site. Your use of the site is at your own discretion and risk.
Governing spirit
These terms are intended to be read in the spirit of a free, friendly, educational project: study freely, respect other people's work, and ask us if you need something removed or clarified.
